2. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds for:

  • incorrect size selection

  • customer’s change of mind

  • orders placed incorrectly

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Refunds or replacements are available if:

  • the item arrives damaged

  • there is a manufacturing defect

To request a refund:

  • contact us within 7 days of receiving the item

  • provide clear photographic evidence

4. Refund Processing

Once the issue is verified, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
